Vistashine Foreign Trade Platform

1. General Provisions

1.1 This Agreement applies to all users accessing or using the Vistashine platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Website"), including but not limited to buyers, suppliers, and visitors.
1.2 By using this Website, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all ancillary policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Return Policy).

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Users must provide accurate registration details (e.g., company name, contact person, email). Business users must verify business licenses.
2.2 Account sharing or transfer is prohibited. Users bear full responsibility for losses caused by account breaches.

3. Products & Transaction Terms

3.1 Pricing & Currency:

Product prices are displayed in USD or other specified currencies, excluding tariffs, VAT, or additional fees.
Vistashine reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rates or cost fluctuations.

3.2 Orders & Payments:

Orders are binding only upon full payment or confirmed deposit (e.g., for custom products).
Accepted payment methods: T/T, L/C, PayPal, etc. (subject to checkout page).

3.3 Shipping & Customs:

Default carriers: DHL, FedEx, etc. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Import duties and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Vistashine assumes no customs-related risks.

4. Returns & After-Sales Service

4.1 Quality-related returns: Must request within 7 business days of delivery, with inspection reports and photos.
4.2 Custom products (e.g., OEM orders) are generally non-refundable unless defective.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All product images, descriptions, and logos on this Website are owned by Vistashine or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5.2 User-uploaded content (e.g., reviews) must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 Vistashine is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., war, pandemics, strikes).
6.2 Buyers must ensure imported goods comply with local regulations. Vistashine disclaims compliance risks.

7. Modifications & Termination

7.1 Vistashine may update these terms. Changes will be notified via email or website announcements.
7.2 Accounts violating this Agreement may be suspended or terminated.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement is governed by [Chinese/Hong Kong/etc.] law.

Supplementary Terms

In case of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails (for international transactions).
